Cleaning and Laundry.

We will clean and prepare your property prior to arrival, required number of beds will be made up and if requested a grocery welcome pack waiting.

Whilst visiting, linen and towel changeovers can be organised along with pre arranged interim cleans.

On departure linen will be collected, perishables and rubbish disposed of  and the property made ready as per your latest instructions given.

Pool and Garden.

General garden maintenance would be undertaken ensuring lawns are cut, borders kept tidy and weeded, bushes and trees pruned. 

Your pool would be monitored and cleaned on a weekly basis during the summer months, attention to chlorine and PH levels would be adhered to, keeping it hygienic and safe to use. Off season the visits would need to be less frequent but with equal care and attention given.

Property Repairs and Maintenance.

We offer you the service of 24 hour call out care for emergency situations for you or anyone staying in your property, giving you piece of mind that we are only a local phone call away to resolve any problems that may arise, we can call on the expertise of a team of qualified trades people to meet with every eventuality.

Planned maintenance can also be organised for you with quotations obtained for any required work, we would also oversee any projects, ensuring that all work is carried out to your satisfaction.

During times the property remains empty we would undertake fortnightly inspections when we would check for water leaks, utility supply problems, insect infestation, security breaches etc, etc.
